I need to know how to use the camera on my monitor. I have a camera but it does not reconizes it and cannot use on my Messenger for video chat. I need to know what to do about it

I understand that you are unable to use the external camera.

 

Please uninstall the camera drivers and reinstall.

 

Please let us know which brand camera you are using. 

Please let us know which brand tower you are using.
