A few possibilities:

  1. no electrical power reaching the hard-drive, so it is inaccessible by the motherboard;
  2. the "data" cable between the hard-drive and the motherboard is not properly connected, at one end, so it cannot communicate;
  3. total "death" of the hard-drive.

Other than checking #1 and #2, you will need to purchase a replacement hard-drive, and reinstall Windows.

It's time to take the computer to a technician, for professional trouble-shooting.
