Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a

I had a new set of HP 951 XL cartridges  and went out and bought a new set of HP 951 XL cartridges - both set get the same error: Ink cartridge Failure, 951 XL 10 cyan damage or have failed.  I am 86 years old and I need help solving this problem, My e-mail is [personal info removed]. Can someone help me?
