Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanted to update the BIOS on my hp victus l15, I want to update the BIOS version f.03 to f.23, but on the HP website I can only download it for windows 11 and I have windows 10 installed, can I install this BIOS version on windows 10?

This may have changed, and if it has, someone will come here and correct me ... but HP makes their BIOS update softpaqs OS-version specific, so you can not use it on a different OS version for which it is designated.
