If you want help, you're going to have to provide some details ...

 

I first thought you might be asking about a case lock, as some tower units have key locks on them that prevent getting access to the internals of the case.

 

But then, I looked up details on the 110 desktops, and they make no mention of locks on the cases.

 

So, if you are asking about pypassing either a BIOS password requirement, or a Windows password requirement, you are out of luck -- as forum policies prevent us from providing you any help in that regard.
