The sticker is either an "advertisement" or an enticement to encourage you to install Microsoft Office (now called Microsoft 365).
In general, "Reminder" stickers of this type are not meant to be left on the device "forever".
Use care so you do not damage the case. What? For example, if you scratch or mar the surface, the damage you inflict is not covered by Warranty.
