Can't find the programs offered to me.

HP Pavilion Power 15-cb008no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

8 days ago (18th of june) I ordered a HP Pavilion Power 15-cb008no and there was an offer that if you buy a computer with i7 or i9 processor, you would get a lot of programs included such as "Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus 2018". Now when I have my computer I can't find the programs.

We can forward certain requests:  All response from HP is voluntary and response times vary widely.

 

 

 

Questions to help you determine who to contact

 

  • Did you purchase the computer from the HP online store?

 

If the answer is yes, contact HP Sales - use the contact phone number at the top of the website where you purchased the computer.

Scroll to the bottom of the website, find and click the Flag to change the store site to your region.

 

 

  • Was the offer provided by HP for the "free software"?

 

If the answer is yes, Contact the store, ask for help.

 

Have ready your original order agreement, any receipts, or other information you have for the purchase.

 

Prepare to explain how and where the offer was made.

 

For example:

In what form was the offer made? 

Email, online store advertisement, coupon??

 

Also, if you have your original order email, it likely provides a detailed "contents" list.

 

 

 

Computer not from HP OR Software Offer not from HP

 

If you purchased the computer from other than HP,

and / or

If the offer for free software was made by someone other than HP,

then

Contact the merchant from whom you received the free software offer and ask for help.

 

OR

 

If you purchased the computer from HP,

and

If you cannot contact HP Sales for any reason,

and

If you cannot contact HP Technical Support,

We can submit a request that someone take a look at your inquiry.
