Fn lock function keys

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion All-in-one 24
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The function keys (F1 - F12) by default do the multimedia things like volume up/down, brightness etc., without fn key being held.  I need to revert them to their normal function: when I press F5 i mean refresh not brightness up!! Basically unlock FN key.

Tried the following solutions so far:

- BIOS action key, nothing there. according to HP support the dekstop BIOS doenst have this option.

- The FN+ESC wont work either.

I have wasted hours on this...any idea from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

Please post the HP product number for your PC. How to Find the HP Model Number and the HP Product Number or let HP automatically find your PC model number and HP network attached printers. This will allow others to review your issue, make suggestions and review your responses. This is usually the best way to get assistance.

Look for a possible option in the BIOS to change the the function key operation.

I have clearly stated the model, HP all-in-one 24 and the OS. Why would anyone need the model number?

Well here is the complete information anyways:  HP Pavillion All-in-one 24-R019

And Also there is nothing related to this unfortunately in the BIOS. I am really desperate at this point
