helo everyone

In BIOS, tab Security - USB Security is disabled

I can not change Front,Rear, Accessory USB ports to "Enabled"

I already update latest BIOS from HP support, reseting CMOS.. all of that not working

I plug mouse into USB port, light of mouse is on but not working

What should i do ?
