HP Smart Print problem.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When trying to run hp smart print I get error code 5. Im running IE11 with windows 10. Can anyone help?

Hello, I have the same issue reported by CallMePops above.  The 2015 answer that is referenced here via link references in turn an HP update at http://h30495.www3.hp.com/quickprint/standalone.msi, which, when followed, takes the user to the generic HP Connected page rather than to any sort of answer for this problem.  Is this update available at another location, or is there a different solution available for Windows 10 Pro and IE11?  Thanks for any help.

3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
