HP Support Assistant - Not Working

HP Pavilion Slimline s5-1070t CTO Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP Support Assistant fails to open after installation/deletion/reinstall/reboot/troubleshooter/reinstall/on and on...

 

The program is alledgedly present in the system. Network is fine. Everything else tested works as well. Please advise a solution.  Thanks!

@Hamptons, welcome to the forum.

 

I suggest that you fully uninstall HPSA using Revo Uninstaller (FREE version).  I have used it for years and always use the "Advanced" option because it removes the app and any residual from the Registry.  Once this is done, I suggest installing the latest version of HPSA here.
