Kye T doesn't working in external Hp keyboard connected with a laptop

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have some external hp keyboard connected to the laptop Hp where sometimes the key T doesn't work.  If you remove the keyboard or logoff the pc then it restart to work. This issue is frequent. Thanks for the help

I reviewed your post and I understand that the letter T on the keyboard is not working correctly.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • The external keyboard you are using is it wired or wireless?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

I also have this problem.

My Compter works just fine.

The keyboard is wired.

I went through the link you posted for the wired key and nothing there has to do with the problem I'm having.

Every key in the keyboard works perfectly, beside the T at certain time after I reboot the laptop.

It happens in other computers as well.


Hoping that information will help you guys to figure out what the problem is.
