HEllo @Horsey114

I assume your browser and other shortcuts are working though, correct?

If so, download and run the Microsoft Windows 10 Start Menu Troubleshooter

It will scan your system and detect problems with your Start Menu. You can choose to automatically fix them if you wish.

Let me know if this works out for you.

OK, other options you can try...

1. Run the Command Prompt as Administrator and run an system file check.

  • In the Search bar (Cortana) type cmd and when the choice for Command Prompt shows, right click on it and choose  Administrator.
  • In the black window, type sfc /scannow and hit the Enter key.
  • When its done scanning, restart the PC.

2. Run the Command Prompt as Administrator again and copy/paste the following command...

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Restart the PC.

3. Try enabling Tablet mode on and off...

4. Create a new user account. If it works in the new account, move your files to the new account and then remove the old account.  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026923/windows-create-a-local-user-or-administrator-accoun...

5.  Perform a system restore point and return the computer back to a point prior to the issue happening.

6. If all else fails, reinstall Windows 10. You can do a system refresh to preserve files, or completely wipe the drive and reinstall to a clean state. The later will also delete data so back up what you need first.
