Product: HP Pavilion 590-p0053w

Never received new care pack I paid for.  Watched the money leave my account but never received what I needed for the care pack and It not on my dashboard as being in place for my deskstop

 

I you to be an complete fan of HP had nothing but their products but ever since I bougt three new hp products I have had nothing but issues with every single thing that could possibly go wrong.  Thier customer service really sucks these day to  I havent had issues because I have been without a computer for a while.  Years in fact  so I am so shocked and it pains me to say I am actually at a point where I am going to write a horrible review
