Problema aggiornamento driver

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 570-p030nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
È abbastanza urgente grazie mille in anticipo a chi risponderà.

Hi, I tried to update a video card driver because the AMD program recommended a newer version, since it has finished downloading the computer seems off, I say it seems because the power LED is off, the leds of the keyboard and the mouse are turned off, the monitor does not receive any signal so it's like it's unplugged, but I feel the fans spinning, the computer makes noise as if it were turned on and the headphone led is on. I wonder if all this is normal and I just have to wait or if I have something wrong. It's quite urgent thanks a lot in advance to who will answer.

@Elsade,

Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips! I understand you are having issues related to your computer not working after updating the video card drivers on your HP PC. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you resolve this issue.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Have you tried to connect the PC to external TV?

Have you tried to check if the PC boots into the Bios?

In the meantime, let's try these steps here:

Perform a Hard reset on the PC

Many startup errors and other problems can be resolved by decreasing the amount of power stored in hardware components. Decreasing stored power is sometimes referred to as a "Hard Reset". Use the following steps to perform a hard reset on a computer:

  1. If Windows is open, click Start and then Shutdown.

If Windows is not open and the computer has power, press and hold the power button on the computer until the computer shuts off.

  2. With the power off, disconnect the power cord from the back of the computer.

  3. With the power off and the power cord disconnected, press the power button on the computer for 5 seconds. The power light indicator on or near the power button might turn on briefly but then go out.

  4. Reconnect the power cord and turn on the power.

Next thing, I would suggest here is to connect the PC to an external TV, using HDMI cable.

Once connected, please go ahead and check for the display, If you see the display on the external TV, using the HDMI cable, then I would suggest here is to roll back the display drivers.

Connect your PC to your TV through HDMI (and More)

For some reason, If you don't get any display on the external TV, then I would suggest you try these steps here:

Attempt to perform a Bios Recovery

If the steps didn't work, use the below links for further assistance:

Computer Starts but Monitor/Screen Remains Blank: Click here

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Eagerly waiting for your response!

I hope you have a good day ahead,

And Feel free to ask your queries as this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.
