Touch Screen Issues

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion All In One 24 R029na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Step Dad has brought a new HP Pavilion All In One on the premise that it was touch screen. It arrived today and the touch screen doesnt work and in settings it says "no pen and touch settings are available for the display" HP's website lists it as a touchscreen but there is nothing in settings or device manager that suggesdt that it is. Is there anything I can do my end or will it end up having to be sent back to HP, Thanks in advance

@JordanDarville, welcome to the forum.

It definitely shows it as a Touchscreen here under "Display".  Here is a guide that may help you solve your problem.  If not, please contact HP Customer Support for further help.
