can't find my product on order documents page

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone

 

I have a problem, I can't seem to find my product on the order documents page. My device is a monitor (elitedisplay e202) and I need a copy of the warranty (which I checked and it's still active).  On the documents page I only get e190,e230 and e243. Sorry if I posted on the wrong board, I didn't find the monitor one.

@john-smith11, welcome to the forum.

 

Here is the Product Specifications page for the monitor.  I believe you can add your monitor to HP Support Assistant and get the warranty information for it.
