how do transfer files from old hp to new hp computer

i just bought an updated computer for myself. an hp pavilion x360 convertible 13-s122ds  6th gen  and id like to get my files off my old computer which is the hp 360 convetible  stream 360 windows 8.1 white ? can anyone help me?

Thanks the first is to Windws 10, which both my laptops are. I looked at the second o[tion you gave and tried to find out if I'd need a double USB. I assume you would if you're connecting two laptops but I haven't had a reply yet. Thanks for your help.
