my prodesk cant be turn on.

Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

HP ProDesk 400G3MT Business PC can't be turn on. once i press the switch button, it just blinking but CPU didn't turn on. i am still having the onsite warranty. so can you let me know the procedure for claim warranty.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I send the MOD a message yesterday on your plight/issue.  @danny-r is quick on the uptake.

Please follow-up when it is resolved. I'd like to know the time cycle.
