support assistance

This is my second message

 

I have window 7 upgraded to windows 10. I tried toupgrade support assistance lastest version.

 

Computer responds. on network resource cannot download.

 

I tryed to open on m y computer and it does not work.  I tried to due a unistall and that does not work.

 

I tried a system recovery but stop when it told me i would have to install some of my apps

 

Anybody have any ideals

You mentioned you Upgraded your PC from Win7 to Win10 -- and in that case, HP Support Assistant is not going to do anything useful for you -- as it is designed to download and update drivers for the ORIGINAL OS that comes preinstalled on the PC -- which, in your case, would be Win7.

 

Also, the Win10 Upgrade is known to corrupt the HP Recovery information, so now, there is no way to factory reset your PC using the built-in HP Recovery feature.
