Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My screen has been black for no reason . It was working fine and suddenly the screen is black and nothing is visible. Can you please help me out?

You are not giving forum members much to work with. 

 

Can you provide the HP product number?

 

Have you run HP Diagnostics (Link to instructions)?

 

The problem could be a bad Windows 10 update, hardware, or hardware drivers. Or a loose power or data connection to the monitor.

 

Or the monitor has failed.
