Pavillion AIO 24-a270na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I am trying to connect a second screen to my all in one.

I want to try and extend the screen (not duplicate) from my AIO to the 2nd Monitor.

The 2nd Monitor is a 19" Dell Monitor , with VGA port.  I have purchased a USB to VGA convertor and connected the usb end into the USB port on the AIO and then connected the VGA cable to the VGA port on the 2nd MOnitor.

The problem is that the 2nd Monitor and the AIO monitor keeps flickering and never remains static. I have read that it is not possible to extend onto a 2nd monitor from an AIO , is this true ?  If not , what is the way forward please?

Thank you.

Zakariyah
