Elitedesk 800 G2
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi,

We have an unusual problem appearing.

We have recently had installed a Promethean 75" 4K ActivPanel which is connected to an HP elitedesk 800 G2, however the PC will not stick to be duplicated in its video output.

I have updated the intel video driver (4600 hd) and the BIOS but when ever the PC is restarted the ActiPanel is set as the main monitor (running off the DP port with an official HP HDMI adapter) and the PC monitor is the extended desktop(running off the VGA output).

Is there a way to set the default video output to always be set to cloned?

We are in a school and while windows key and P in the majority of times solves the issue, sometimes the PC will just not duplicate over the two screens and the ActivPanel has to be disconnected for the PC to then output correctly on the VGA output, we really need a solid solution or else our helpdesk will be inundated with teachers complaing their PC is not working!

Hope that all makes sense!

Many thanks

Jonathan.
