Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP 960K streaming webcam is not working with Zoom or Teams.

 

Here is what I have tried so far:

- The camera functions when I check it with the Device Settings app.

- I have the Poly Lens app downloaded; the app shows the camera is connected and working

- the driver is up to date

- the USB port works (I have tried other device and they work in the ports)

 

Could it have something to do with Windows 11? Or with Zoom or Teams?
