Product: HP Prodesk
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed a HP Prodesk as a workstation that has shared folders on my network. it does not have any peripherals connected to it (no monitor, no keyboard, no mouse). I'm trying to remotely connect to it via ScreenConnect/ConnectWise and although I can see the screen and move the mouse, I'm unable to click anywhere or type anything.

 

As soon as I connect a monitor to the HP Prodesk, I'm able to click and type as normal. Is there a limitation to the graphics drivers or what am I missing?
