When you press the bezel on the bottom right hand side of the monitor, all the settings are in Chinese. How do I change the language to English?

Solved by chat support. Here’s the solution. 
press the monitor settings button on the bottom of the monitor twice

move cursor to fifth position first column , press the center button to select 

move cursor to the second selection in second column , press select 

language selection choices appear in third column, choose English , press select
