Product: EliteDisplay
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My monitor EliteDisplay E243m 23.8 inch monitor, manufactured July 2020 and received 8/31/2020 will not turn on.  I'm about ready to throw it out the window because I can't get any help from the HP website and I cannot find a GD phone number to call even though I have all my information.  I've clearly hooked something up incorrectly, but the manual is not helping and I cannot find the answers.  Frustrated in California - burning up for a non-wildfire-related reason!!
