About a week-ish ago, this happened. I was very worried as it started off as a flicker of purplish small rectangles until it got stuck like that. It was colourful but at times would go completely black.
Overnight, the problem fixed itself. But now it has happened again and is coming and going. Sometimes clicking the off button so the display goes to sleep helps, and sometimes it makes the entire screen black, but a "still-on and responsive" black screen.
It varies between this colourful rectangle and just black. It is also in the same place everytime.
It's not the same pattern or colours everytime though . I have attached a few images that represent the different glitches
Software or hardware issue also?
I'm not very tech savvy and I don't want to risk doing more harm than good also, so if anyone knows if I can fix this myself easily or if I should take it to someone would be greatly appreciated
