Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Information screen continually pops up and I can't figure out how to turn it off.

Hello
it is possible that it is an irreversible material problem, unless intervention of the After sales service!
Try this:
disconnect the power supply from the screen, for a few minutes (computer off).
Reconnect the screen, and go to the menu, use the option to reconfigure by default!
If it does not work, I fear it is damaged!
