Product/Part # HP All in One Touch Glass Digitizer

Hi, looking for some help finding the product/part # for a replacement touch glass digitizer. The screen was damaged, glass cracked. The unit has been disassembled, ready for a replacement screen. I'm unsure of the exact replacement to buy online. Any help appreciated..
