Pavillion Wave 600-a014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've got an HP Pavillion Wave 600-a014 PC. I bought this on December 17, 2019 and it was advertised as Refurbished by HP. Starting three weeks ago I'll be using it and after an hour or so the screen would get wonky, go black, and then it would recover but look strange with an error message telling me there's a video driver issue. I would shut it down, give it some time, start it back up and it would be fine. This would happen every few times of using it. A week ago it would just go blank and not recover. I would hold the power button until it shut down and do the "hard reset". That happened a couple of times but now today it went blank and I can't get it to recover at all no matter what I do. Here's something else I've noticed; when I first got this whenever I turned it on the fan would blow momentarily. After a couple of the video failures I noticed that the only time I hear the fan blow is after I've done a hard reset and restart it. I understand that because of this PC's size that it doesn't have an actual video card, it's integrated into the Intel Core i3-6100T processor. I'm guessing that the processor is either overheating because the fan isn't coming on during normal use or the processor has a serious issue in the video graphics area. What are your thoughts and possible fixes?

Come on people, I need some serious help here! The problems I've been having with this refurbished HP PC has given me some major reservations against HP's offerings. If I don't get my PC fixed I'll be buying a new one and it won't be an HP. Help!
