Switch display screens

Hp envy 23 all in one
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Hello , i had a virus on my pc so i put it back to the factory settings , there is a button under the monitor where you could switch screens , my son used to use it to either use the pc or switch it over to use his playstation 4 on it like it was a tv , now the button wont work , what software or driver do i need to make it work again.

I reviewed your post and I understand that HDMI in button is not working on your computer.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • How to you reinstalled Windows on your computer?
  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

NOTE: Make sure that your PS4 is connected to the HDMI IN port on the computer and then press the button and check.
