I reviewed your post and I understand that HDMI in button is not working on your computer.

- When was the last time the computer was working fine?
- How to you reinstalled Windows on your computer?
- What is the exact model for your computer?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

NOTE: Make sure that your PS4 is connected to the HDMI IN port on the computer and then press the button and check.
