Hi @Nanny720,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're trying to set up wireless charging on your HP Pavilion 27 monitor, but you're having trouble accessing the relevant options in the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu. Here are some steps and tips to help you troubleshoot this issue:

Check Monitor Model and Features:

  • Confirm that your specific HP Pavilion 27 model supports wireless charging. Not all models have this feature. The user manual or product specifications should indicate if wireless charging is available.

Update Firmware:

  • Ensure your monitor’s firmware is up to date. Sometimes, features are added or improved in firmware updates. You can check for firmware updates on the HP support website.

OSD Menu Navigation:

  • The OSD menu can sometimes be tricky to navigate. Make sure you are accessing the correct section. Wireless charging settings, if available, are often found under sections like "Power" or "Settings."

Check Documentation:

  • Refer to the user manual for your monitor. It often provides detailed instructions on accessing and using the OSD menu. Look specifically for sections on power management or wireless charging.

Power Source and Cables:

  • Ensure your monitor is properly connected to a power source and that all necessary cables are securely connected. Wireless charging will not work if the monitor isn't receiving adequate power.

Compatibility:

  • Verify that your device (phone, etc.) is compatible with the monitor’s wireless charging capabilities. Ensure the device supports Qi wireless charging if that’s the standard used by the monitor.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
