Computer does not recognize wifi signal

HP Recommended
HP ENVY Desktop - 750-170se CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently installed an Elgato hd60 pro capture device into one of my vacant pci slots via instructions of the manufacturer, nothing was damaged during the installation, I powered on the computer and everything was working fine except for one thing, despite the control panel saying that my wifi antenna was entirely functional the Computer could not find any wifi connections, This isn't a problem with the router, all other devices I own connect to it just fine, I checked the event log after each subsequent restart and it does not indicate that anything is amiss so what's the problem?

This is just a community self-help forum staffed mostly by volunteers.

We have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications or hardware.

For help with those issues, you have to contact the supplier of the hardware.
