Hi @QuiqueS,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

Have you made any changes to your OS?

If yes, this could be a compatibility issue. However,

To resolve the issue with the LAN Wi-Fi adapter on your HP Pavilion All-In-One 17-r103, you can try the following steps to reinstall the driver:

Use Windows Update: Sometimes, Windows Update can automatically detect and install the correct driver for your LAN Wi-Fi adapter. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and check for updates.

Download from HP Support: Visit the HP support website for your specific model (HP Pavilion All-In-One 17-r103) and locate the drivers section. Look for the LAN Wi-Fi adapter driver for Windows 11 and download it. Install the driver and restart your computer.( If there are no drivers for Windows 11, you may have to wait until further update)

Use Device Manager: You can also try reinstalling the driver using Device Manager. Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager. Locate the Network adapters section, right-click on the LAN Wi-Fi adapter (if it's visible), and select "Uninstall device." Restart your computer, and Windows should attempt to reinstall the driver automatically.

Use HP Support Assistant: If your HP Pavilion All-In-One came with HP Support Assistant, you can use it to check for driver updates. Open HP Support Assistant and look for any available updates for your LAN Wi-Fi adapter driver.

If none of these steps work, there may be a hardware issue with the LAN Wi-Fi adapter, and you may need to contact HP phone support for further assistance.

Please mark this post as Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
