HP Recommended
Product: HP officejet pro 6830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop computer would not print to my wireless printer. Help solutions was to uninstall and reinstall the printer software. I did that and now when trying to print, I can not change my default printer to my model # and the error message reads "Active Directory Domain Unavailable". I have also tried as a "help" solution to turn off my router and printer, then restart. That also did not work.
