Numeric keypad is not responding

HP Recommended
Hp All-in-One 20-c032
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

To the Experts,

I cannot find a num/loc  key on this keyboard, so my numeric keypad  doesn't work at all. I have played with the fn key and the f1-f12 keys but still nothing so i am completely lost as to how i should make this pad respond. I have a wireless keyboard that is 18 inches from the monitor, so that cannot be the issue. There are keys that I am not sure what they mean, like the ? 2 clipboards, but i realize i am lacking in knowledge here but really thats not the key i am looking for, Right?:womanembarrassed:  Thank you for a response in advance. I really appreciate all the help and consideration from those of expert status.

Sincerely,

sfarmer1
