Can the HDMI ports on the HP 610-1280 be used to output to a TV?

As long as the computer has an HDMI out you are able to do so, just keep in mind depending on the size of the TV you may have black bars on the sides.

Thanks for your reply. This HP 610 All-in-One, purchased in 2012, has two HDMI ports but I see the words "HDMI IN" next to them. Those are the only HDMI ports on the computer.  Is there another way to connect this computer to my new TV?

You need an HDMI out, if your computer has a DVI/VGA and the TV has it you can use those or purchase an adapter if the TV doesn't.
