hp re-synchronizing issues (keyboard and mouse)

HP 24-g010 AMD A-Series A8-7410
Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

My wireless keyboard and mouse wont connect. 

I restarted it, took out the dogle and changed the batteries. The light is coming on just not  synching to dekstop. 

 its the all in one and it doesnt have connect button

HP 24-g010 All-in-One Computer - AMD A-Series A8-7410. 

please help.

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.

 

I understand that you are unable to sync your Mouse/Keyboard and you have already tried reconnecting the dongle and also changed the batteries

 

At this point, I would request you to contact our Phone Support to get the Keyboard/Mouse Kit replaced.

 

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect 
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.
