Your PC is not designed to be run on Windows 7. The biggest problem is the graphics adapter not being Windows 7 capable.
I can give you the links to some drivers that will allow your graphics adapter to perform better but it still won't run windows Aero.
Here is the link to the graphics driver that should vastly improve your graphics experience:
The driver that supports the Intel 865G (82865G) is certified for Windows Vista, but NOT Windows 7. It seems to work perfectly with Windows 7, but when installing the driver, Windows 7 sends a message that the driver is NOT certified and tries to discourage the user from installing it. Ignore the warning and proceed with the installation.
Use the Windows Vista Business audio driver from a d530, and see if that works the audio. It should.
Then connect to the internet and launch the windows update program and see if windows downloads any newer drivers.
Except for the graphics and audio, everything else is working, isn't it?
Please post back if you need any further assistance.

Try updating the audio driver from Windows Update.
Be connected to the internet.
Click on the missing audio device in the device manager. Then click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver. Select the automatic search method.
See if a driver comes down from Windows Update.
