Which password?
If the Windows login password, then on another computer, Google-search for "nordahl offline password".
Download this free software, and burn it to a CD-recordable.
Boot your computer, selecting your CD/DVD drive as the first boot-drive.
Use the software to "blank" the Windows password.
If it is a power-on password, or it is an administrative password to enter BIOS SETUP,
and your computer is a "desktop" computer, namely:
http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c04394427
there is a procedure for moving a small "jumper" on the motherboard,
that will remove either of those passwords.
Which password are you trying to eliminate?
