Red Screen!!! - Factory Processing Error Occurred error and a brand new computer.

Hi,
I just started my computer up for the first time and a keep getting a bright red screen with an error saying: "Red Screen!!! - Factory Processing Error Occurred error" It says to restart the computer but it just keeps happening!
I bought this computer to be able to work from home on Tuesday so I urgently need this resolved!

It's a "dud". 

 

There's no need for you to accept it "as is".

 

It's not like purchasing a plastic bag with contents that smells like oregano from some random person in a back-alley -- where you might get something vaguely similar to what you expected, but really contains a fatal dose of fentanyl.

 

Take it back, and exchange it.
