HP SK 2063 keyboard
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Unfortunately, I spilled some coffee on the keyboard, the space bar and letters a,z dont work.

I took the keys out and cleaned them but still dont work. I would like to know how can I open the keyboard and clean it from inside? And since the keyboard itself does not have screws I am worry to break it.

Could you help with this please.

Welcome to the HP Forums!

Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you spilled coffee on the keyboard accidentally and some of the keys are not working.

I’d love to help!

There are no document or HP articles to open the keyboard and clean it.

You could try opening the keyboard clean at your own discretion using 3rd party tools/videos/documents however, HP doesn't recommend the same nor has information about the tools used.

I recommend you to contact phone support and they will assist you in this regard.

Follow below steps to contact phone support.

Step 1. Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect

Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 4. Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number

Hope that answers your question and you have a great day!

If the information I've provided was helpful, please give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accepted Solution" and "Kudos" buttons, that’ll help us and others see that we’ve got the answers!

Take care.

Cheers!
