My recovery Disk finish installing orginal Software, Then computer the restarts Comes a Hp Screen , then its say a Hp software install then a red box comes up.The F11 option doesn't work. It just goes straight to the Hp Install screen.

As you mentioned that after the installation completes the computer restarts and gets stuck at HP software install box.
Did you create the recovery discs by yourself or did you purchase the recovery discs from HP?
Please run system diagnostics on your PC and let me know the results.

As soon the computer begins to restart, open the CD/DVD drive-tray, and remove the disk.
This forces the computer to boot from the 'C:' drive, and to complete the installation.

Thanks for trying out the steps.
Have you tried installing the last disk, Driver and application disk after the completion of the last disk.
Also, Did you try running the system diagnostics on your PC as I recommended previously?
If the hardware test passes and the issue still persists, it could be problem with the recovery discs.
Please contact HP and order a set of recovery discs.
