I found out that my web camera doesn't work with Skype as it used to. I followed all procedures to diagnose the issue and found out that software manager doesn't find any camera on my computer. Should I renew a camera driver? So how to find one? I have 4 CDs to recover the system, but it looks as everything will be formated if I use this option. Is there a way to resolve my problem faster? Any suggestions will be apreciated. Thanks

Hi there @assedo,
May the Forums be with you! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand that your web cam is not working for you. I am happy to help with this.
I would suggest that you try following this document: HP Desktop PCs - Webcam Troubleshooting (Windows 7). If you need to install the driver, you could try using HP PCs - Using Recovery Manager to Restore Software and Drivers (Windows 7).
Please let me know whether that works for you, and if it does resolve your issue, please mark this post as a solution. Kudos would also be appreciated.

Thank you for a prompt reply, appreciated. However, my camera is inbuilt one being a part of my all in one PC, so since a Device Manager doesn't list the camera it is not likely installed and may be re-installed. There is a number of drivers listed by Hardware driver reinstallation, so may I ask you which one of them has to be reinstalled?
