i've forgotten my administration password for my windows 8 & i can't get into the puter... how can i resolve this issue

Assuming the password is the Windows password, investigate NTPassword.  Follow THIS GUIDE to reset the Windows password.

Ophcrack might be easiest software for a newbie needing to reset/delete password:
