   Have you checked underneath the battery compartment ???

 

      Why do you need the product key are you installing Windows ???

Hi 

 

  If you run the recovery partition that is on the D:/ partition on your machine then the product key will automatically be registered when the OS is installed .

Hi 

     To activate the recovery procedure if you cannot get to Windows tap continuosly F11 at startup till you get to the recovery screen , Or from within windows click Start >> All Programs >> click Recovery Manager and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the procedure .
