HP Lap Dock

Hello,

I need to create a support ticket for my HP Lap Dock - the LCD panel no longer comes on but the unit powers up and keyboard illuminates. I've tried connecting to it with my Elite x3 and I can indeed connect, but the screen never shows anything.  I can see the Lap Dock broadcasting when I go under "Connect" and when I connect a USB-C cable to it and attach the other end to my Elite X3, it works but I can't see anything on the Lap Dock (Phone shows that it's connected).  Continuum launches on the phone, etc.

Something is wrong with the panel.

Any ideas?  I can send my Serial # and Product # but I am unable to check warranty on it on the HP website. It's only a few months old.

Thanks,

Todd

I am having the same problem, but solved it by holding the power button in for 10 or 20 seconds. Then the screen came on, and turned of a again. After that I just had to push the power button once normally, and the Lap Dock worked again.
