I'd like the opportunity to interact with the community & learn top pain points & "future wishes" when interacting with gamers about our gaming products & Windows. My role @ HP is exactly about that, bringing insights from pain points and request for future development to the table with MS and HP leadership team, to help with reduction of customers inquires and elevate metrics. Additionally, I'm a gamer my self & I play at least 1-2 hours per day Overwatch
