HP Pro 6200 Pro MT

I have a HP Compaq Pro 6200 Pro MT and bought a rx 550 graphics card from amazon new but when I connect the gpu into the pc and power on the computer, the fans won't spin or show any display. I updated the bios to latest but no luck. I did some research and some people are saying that the card has uefi support, but I believe the hp computer supports uefi. I also connected the vga from the motherboard to check if the amd graphics shows on device manager but nothing. Can anyone here help?

Also, does reinstalling windows 10 using efi boot will make the card work or the os doesn't matter? I had windows 10 on legacy mode. I also believe the pc has legacy bios but I'm just too confused by all of this.

Hello, sorry I didn't reply but I had to refund the graphics card. I couldn't find a solution.
